The Civil Service Commission (CSC) announced that 46,470 individuals, or 14.57% of the total examinees, passed the Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) held on 2 March 2025.

Of the successful examinees, 42,472 qualified for the Civil Service Professional eligibility, while 3,998 earned the Subprofessional eligibility.

Civil service eligibility, along with the required education, experience, training, and other competency standards, may qualify an individual for permanent appointment to appropriate government positions.

A total of 287,250 individuals took the Professional Level exam, with 42,472 passing—reflecting a 14.79% passing rate. Meanwhile, 3,998 out of 31,727 examinees passed the Subprofessional Level exam, resulting in a 12.60% passing rate.

In terms of regional performance, the National Capital Region recorded the highest passing rate at 19.73%, with 9,139 passers out of 46,312 examinees. This was followed by:
• Region V (Bicol Region) – 19.30% (2,585 passers out of 13,397)
• Region IV-A (CALABARZON) – 18.75%
• Region II (Cagayan Valley) – 17.74%
• Cordillera Administrative Region – 15.54%

The complete list of passers is available on the CSC website at www.csc.gov.ph.

Starting 17 May 2025, examinees—regardless of result—may view and generate their individual ratings via the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS), also accessible through the CSC website. Please note that no individual reports of rating will be mailed.

The CSC emphasized that all released results are final and non-reviewable. The Commission does not conduct rechecking or apply rounding adjustments to any civil service examination results.
