
Clark, Pampanga โ This yearโs Philippine Golf Invitational successfully concluded on Thursday (Feb. 26) at the Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga after four days of curated golf experiences, strategic networking sessions, and destination presentations.
The Department of Tourism (DOT) partnered with Go Golfing and Golfasian Co. Ltd., for the tournament that aimed to strengthen the Philippinesโ positioning as a premier golf destination in the global market while promoting the countryโs tourism services and world-class hospitality offerings.
Now in its second edition, the invitational gathered 140 participants, including golfers, tour operators, and industry partners from USA, Canada, Australia, UK, Germany, Finland, UAE, Thailand, Singapore, India, Papua New Guinea, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and The Philippines.
The closing program capped the four-day event with the awarding of tournament winners and special awardees across various categories.
Key stakeholders whose continued were likewise recognized for their support to the steady growth of golf tourism in the country.
Held from Feb. 22 to 26, the invitational staged tournament rounds at Mimosa Plus Golf Course in Clark, Subic International Golf Club in Subic Bay, and Pradera Verde Golf Club in Lubao, Pampanga.
