BORACAY Island, Aklan- The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR-Aklan) is hoping to finally resolve the decade conflict between the Fil-Estate Properties and several Boracaynons before this month ends.
The DAR-Aklan has sent a letter to the Boracay families composed of the Madriagas and Tapuz. The same letter is also addressed to Fil-Estate Properties represented by Maria Rica Samson. The Fil-Estate is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila.
