Police Regional Office 12 โ In an intensified campaign against all forms of criminality led in the arrest of one of the Most Wanted Person in SOCCSKSARGEN at Purok 18, Sitio Malugasa, Brgy. Liliongan, Carmen, Cotabato on December 19, 2024.
Joint elements from Carmen Municipal Police Station and 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company both of Cotabato police Provincial Office served warrant of arrest against alias โBasserโ, 41 years old and resident of the aforementioned place.
The arrested suspect has a standing warrant for two counts of Rape under Article 266-A, 1 (D) of the Revised Penal Code as amended by RA 8353, otherwise known as the Anti-Rape Law of 1997 and RA 11648 and tagged as the Top 10 Most Wanted Person Regional Level.
Alias โBasserโ was brought to Carmen MPS for proper disposition.
