Akeanon senior citizens received their 3rd quarters social pension

KQLUBO, Aklan- The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field
Office VI, through the Social Pension Program, successfully conducted social
pension payouts in three municipalities of the Province of Aklan.

A total of PHP3,792,000 was released for eligible indigent senior citizens in the Municipality of Lezo, while PHP5,646,000.00 was distributed to qualified beneficiaries in the Municipality of Numancia and
total of PHP7,116,000.00 in Municipality of Nabas.

The successful implementation of the payout was made possible through the collaboration of the Local Government Units, Municipal Social Welfare and Development Offices (MSWDOs), Municipal Treasurer’s Offices, and the Social Pension staff led by Project Development Officer I (PDOI) Alyssa Dario, Social WelfarevAssistant (SWA) Maria Andrea R. Almanon, Maricar D. Macabales, and
the other dedicated staff of Social Pension.
