
KALIBO, Aklan- Aklan Police Provincial Office (APPO) conducted its 2nd Unit Performance Evaluation Rating (UPER) Assessment Meeting earlier today. This is to further enhance its performance and ensure the delivery of efficient law enforcement services to the people of Aklan.
During the assessment, key personnel from Aklan PPO as well as Chiefs of Police of 17 municipal police stations to include mobile force companies gathered to evaluate and discuss the performances of the respective offices based on predetermined performance indicators. These indicators include crime prevention and suppression efforts, community engagement initiatives, personnel development, and overall operational efficiency. The meeting provided an opportunity for the provincial police force to identify areas of improvement, address challenges, and develop strategies to develop its overall performance.
Aklan PNP recognizes the importance of continuous evaluation and improvement in maintaining peace and order. By regularly assessing its performance through the UPER system, APPO aims to promote transparency, accountability, and professionalism within ranks. This activity serves as a platform for open discussions, knowledge sharing, and collaborative decision-making. This is to ensure that Aklan PPO is consistently delivering quality law enforcement services to the community.
