Capiz’s Rank 9 Most Wanted Person Nabbed in Roxas City

ROXAS City, Capiz – The Province of Capiz’s rank 9 most wanted person was arrested on March 19, 2025, 11:48 AM at Pueblo de Panay, Barangay, Lawaan, Roxas City for violation of section 4 of Republic Act (RA) 11862, or the Expanded Anti-trafficking in Persons Act of 2022 and Section 4 of RA 11930, or The Anti-Online Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials.

The accused was identified as Ferly, female, 31, unemployed and resident of Barangay Libas, Roxas City.

She was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court in Roxas City. Bail recommended is fixed at Php 200,000 each case.

“We commend the units involved in this successful operation. This shows our personnel’s patience, diligence and commitment to bring the remaining wanted persons in the region to the court of law. Rest assured that PRO6 will continue to strengthen its collaboration with the different stakeholders to locate and arrest those hiding wanted persons,” said Police Brigadier General Jack L. Wanky, PRO6 Director.

The operation was led by the Roxas Component City Police Station, supported by tye Capiz Police Provincial Office – Intelligence Unit, and Women and Children Protection – Visayas Field Unit.

The accused is presently under the police’s custody pending turned over to the court concern.
