Iloilo City- The Egg Drop Challenge is a popular team-building exercise that includes the Sustainability Planning Workshop of the Regional Project Management Office (RPMO) of the Kapit-Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan-Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services (KALAHI-CIDSS).
Participants from the 14 municipalities in the provinces of Iloilo, Capiz, and Aklan were given one boiled egg, craft paper, and masking tape.
Each team carefully wraps the egg to prevent it from breaking when dropped from the second floor of the training venue with an estimated height of more than 22 feet.
The Egg Drop Challenge combines problem-solving skills, negotiating skills, understanding, cooperation, and participation among the team members to ensure that the egg survives the fall or without cracks.
Participants likened their Egg Drop skills to implementing KALAHI-CIDSS community projects.
Among the municipalities which succeed in protecting their boiled eggs are Badiangan and Dumangas.#
