Liaison Officers from Iloilo, Aklan, and Antique Gather for 2025 Orientation and Claims Seminar
Iloilo City- The 2025 Liaison Officers’ Orientation and Claims Seminar was successfully conducted on August 15, 2025 at Jr. Hall, Diversion 21, Iloilo City, bringing together 104 Liaison Officers (LOs) from Iloilo, Aklan, and Antique.
The seminar served as a platform to equip LOs with updated knowledge, guidelines, and best practices in handling claims and addressing member concerns. It aimed to strengthen their role as vital partners in facilitating smooth transactions between their respective agencies and the GSIS.
Participants received comprehensive briefings on claims procedures, documentary requirements, and recent policy updates to ensure faster and more efficient service delivery to members. An open forum allowed LOs to raise issues, clarify guidelines, and share insights from their experiences in the field.
The event highlighted the importance of continuous collaboration between the GSIS and liaison officers to further enhance accessibility, accuracy, and efficiency in claims processing.
