Malay PNP Ops Net Three Wanted Persons

The Malay PNP led by PLTCOL DON DICKSIE L DE DIOS, Chief of Police, nabbed three (3) Wanted Persons during two separate manhunt operations at Sitio Tulubhan, Brgy. Manocmanoc, Boracay Island on Tuesday of March 1. Malay operatives armed with warrant of arrest nabbed Rommel Fuentes y Hambala, Ronald Fuentes y Hambala, and Remshe Taunan y Villanueva at Sitio Tulubhan, Brgy. Manocmanoc, Malay, Aklan. ROMMEL FUENTES and RONALD FUENTES were arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest with C.C no. 2249-M for violation of Anti-Fencing Law of 1979 (PD 1612) issued and signed by Honorable Cleo Marie C Santillan, Presiding Judge of 5th Municipal Circuit Trial Court, 6th Judicial Region, Buruanga-Malay,Aklan dated March 1, 2022 with fixed bail bond of Php 36,000.00.

Meanwhile, REMSHE TAUNAN was arrested with C.C no. 2248-M for violation of THEFT under (R.A. 10951) issued and signed by Honorable Cleo Marie C Santillan, Presiding Judge of 5th Municipal Circuit Trial Court, 6th Judicial Region, Buruanga-Malay, Aklan dated March 1,2022 with fixed bail bond of Php 6,000.00.

“I commend our operatives for their relentless efforts during the extensive manhunt operations bringing the arrested wanted persons to the folds of justice. We assure the public that we will continue to locate, arrest and put behind bars those who are hiding and are held accountable by law.” PLTCOL DE DIOS said.
