March 21, 2022 – The Nabaoy Elementary School welcomes our 118 participating learners for the start of limited face-to-face classes.
We are so thankful to everyone who supported us in this journey of reopening the door of education in limited face-to-face modality, from planning stage since November 2021 up to this presumptuous day in the entire Malay District.
We are grateful to the assistance of local government unit (LGU) Malay, Malay Disaster and Risk Reduction Management Office, Malay Municipal Health Unit, Nabaoy Barangay Officials, Nabaoy Barangay Health and Response Team, Nabaoy PTA, International and Local Partners, DepEd Composite Teams, parents and othe stakeholders for reinforcing our shared responsibility, shared leadership and shared accountability framework in this critical undertakings.
Most importantly, we are so happy seeing the faces of our learners adding to the beauty of school that has been empty for almost 2 years. Their good morning greetings set as music to our ears. Their eyes full of hope made us feel the significance of limited face-to-face learning in their social development.
As we step our feet to this huge responsibility, we are so certain the Bayanihan Spirit will lead on to success of this endeavor.
To our beloved Nabaoy community, we appeal to always follow the required health protocols and standards. With our strong cooperation, our vision to bridge the educational gaps through safety opening of our door is not far in reality.
Indeed, we will realize “Ligtas na Balik Eskwela”.
