My negative review for the Boracay Brewing Company

In my travels I have always promoted businesses, eateries, and drinking establishments. I find it as a way to extend my experiences to others who find interest in places they might want to visit and try. I am not a vlogger and I have never asked for freebies from any establishments for casual reviews.
The places I thoroughly enjoy in Boracay, Philippines are TGH Sports Bar (Station 3), The Why Not RestoBar (between Station 2/3), Smoke Restaurant (dโMall), MuniMuni for coffee (between 1/2), Kasbar (Station 1) my living room, and most recently Battuta secret bar/speak easy.
The Boracay establishment that earns my only negative review is #BoracayBrewingCompany. My second visit to the place at Station 2 was so disappointing, I had to skewer them on FB. They have a display of a mash tun, cooling tanks, and fermentation vessels like many breweries behind a glass window, but donโt be misled – itโs all for visuals.
There is no staff doing any brewing work behind the glass window for all the varieties of beer they offer. The only beer to my liking was the Stout beer and average at best. The beer and food was pricey for the small portions, but thatโs a Boracay Island thing. In ordering a burger that came out dry and cold needing moisture with condiments, they charged me extra for Ketchup – frigginโ Ketchup! Who does that?
I guess they do. I paid for the ketchup and after washing it down with the last of my beer, requested a glass of ice water and my bill.
The staff didnโt bring the ice water nor the bill until I impatiently asked to hydrate before closing my bill 25 minutes later. They refused to give me the iced water because they said they only had tap water and I might get sick, but they were serving everybody else including uninformed foreigners of said tap water. What brewing company doesnโt have filtered service water?
Nevertheless, I paid my bill and asked to speak to the manager or OIC (officer in charge). She probably was running interference for the real manager and placated me for my complaints and agreeing to everything I complained about just to see me leave.
Therefore, this negative review of Boracay Brewing Company.
