PAGCOR Briefs US Embassy on PH E-Gaming Regulation System

PAGCOR on April 15 briefed members of the US Embassy’s Fraud Prevention Unit on the Philippines’ electronic gaming regulatory framework, as part of efforts to curb sector-related fraud.

Held in Pasay City, the technical briefing and site visit provided a clearer view of how e-gaming operations are licensed, monitored, and enforced.

Delegates also visited gaming facilities in Pasay and Parañaque to observe actual operations and compliance protocols firsthand.

The initiative supports more accurate visa assessments while strengthening transparency, regulatory integrity, and international cooperation.
