Review Center Produces Top Police Promotional Passers

KALIBO, Aklan- Unknown to many, a review center here has been producing top rank police promotional passers offered by the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) since August 2021.

Police Corporal Francha Andrade who is a proprietress of NCV Review School Kalibo Aklan Region 6 here said that recently they had produced 12 police promotional passers including top 4 (August 2021) and top 1 (November 2021).As a result all the passers are now considered eligible for promotion.

For several years, the NAPOLCOM has been offering promotional examinations to those policemen who have graduated from other courses in college aside from the criminology course.

Andrade said she decided to establish the review center franchise here in Aklan with the help of her friends, Pat Enon and Mrs. Janna Valencia, owners of the Manila branch, to help not only police officers but also those applicants who want to enter other law enforcement agencies like BFP, PDEA and etc…

She also created the review program for NAPOLCOM Promotional Examination to help fellow policemen and women pass the difficult NAPOLCOM examination to be eligible for promotion.

Andrade herself was a top three passer in the said examination in October 2019.

“As soon as I created the review program last year for NCV Review School, we produced top ranking passers. The recent one of them ranked top one in the examination. We also have a policeman where he took the examination five times in a row but failed. In the recent examination, the police officer, now in his sixth attempt, has finally passed and is eligible for promotion, “she said.

Andrade said her inspiration to help other people came from her parents, Mr. Efren and Hon. Daisy Andrade, and her mentor, former Aklan Congressman Allen Quimpo. Details: NCV Review School Kalibo Aklan Region 6 Branch franchisee/proprietress.
