Puerto Gallera- The Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) Philippines, together with the Philippine Department of Tourism (PDOT) Beijing and 19 co-exhibitors, consisting of dive resorts, dive centers, tour operators, and the Municipality of Puerto Galera, proudly showcased the country’s world-class diving destinations at the Diving, Resorts, and Travel (DRT) Show Chengdu 2026, held from July 17 to 19, 2026, at the Western China International Expo.

The delegation brought home two awards: the Marine Tourism Excellence Award and the Honorary Tourism Board Award, recognizing its sustained efforts to promote the country as a premier diving destination.

The participation generated over PHP 122 million (PHP 122,824,028.00) in sales leads, reflecting strong interest in the country’s rich marine biodiversity and unique underwater experiences.
