Natural Occurrences amidst COVID-19 Pandemic

Typhoon Odette, a monstrous disaster brought by Mother Nature, with the strength of 195 km/h. Inflicting death and damage to our country especially to those within the Mindanao and Visayan Islands.

Due to the danger brought by Oddete, families decided to evacuate their homes and find safety within the premises of evacuation areas. Unfortunately with the threat of the COVID-19 the supposed “safe zone” also seems to be not that safe either.

Evacuees both have the Typhoon Odette and the COVID-19 Virus to think of. They can’t just go back to their homes where they could be safer from the virus due to the typhoon. They have to engraved their minds: Be more careful! protecting themselves and everyone else from inflicting the virus with each other.

Being in these kinds of conditions  could really make us contemplate on what really is important. What should be done. One thing is for sure though, everyone’s health and safety must be prioritized more than anything else.

Discipline and Unity could make any situation easier to handle. Every single person’s effort and prayer is counted.
