CARD Bank, a microfinance-oriented rural bank, officially began offering its Express Loan across its branches, providing its clients with a faster, more convenient way to access loans. Express Loan is a digital loan facility within the konek2CARD mobile application that allows
CARD Bankโs eligible clients to apply and immediately receive its loan services anytime using their mobile phones. Eligible clients can apply for a loan of up to PHP 20,000.
CARD Bankโs Express Loan makes loan application faster and easier through a fully automated system. Clients can now enjoy a simplified and convenient loan application experience. Clients eligible to apply for Express Loan are โwhitelistedโ clients. These are clients with a good
repayment history and no past-due or defaulted loan accounts. To qualify, clients must be active, have updated insurance coverage with CARD Mutual Benefits Association (CARD MBA), be registered in the konek2CARD app, and maintain an active Pledge Savings Account.
This is part of the Bankโs ongoing digital transformation and its commitment to improving its services. Through the konek2CARD mobile app, eligible clients can apply for an Express Loan using their mobile phones. With just a few taps, clients can select their loan amount, repayment term, and purpose, and receive instant approval. The loan is then credited directly to their savings account, with full access to loan details and schedules available anytime through the app.

As of June 2026, more than 45,000 clients have availed the Express Loan. Qualified clients may be eligible for one or more loan products offered through the same digital platform.
