DoT Convenes Global Health and Wellness Stakeholders to Push for PH as Top Health Tourism Hub

As part of its efforts to strengthen the Philippines’ position as a leading health tourism destination, the Department of Tourism (DOT), in partnership with the Agora Group, opens the 3rd International Health and Wellness Tourism Congress (IHWTC) in Pasig City.

Running from May 18-19, the event gathers international players in medical and wellness tourism with high-level corporate buyers, healthcare providers, and government agencies in advancing cross-border healthcare services.

Over 100 delegates from 22 countries joined the Congress, which features panel discussions, business-to-business meetings, and site visits to health and wellness facilities including Asian Hospital and Medical Center, Clinique de Paris, Urban Smiles, and Belo NEXA.
