Malay PNP Intensified Manhunt, Captures “Most Wanted Person”
The Malay PNP under the guidance of PLTCOL DON DICKSIE L DE DIOS, Chief of Police apprehended the Most Wanted Person of Malay during its intensive manhunt operations morning of March 3, 2022.
Malay operatives armed with warrant of arrest nabbed RICKY ROGER AUSTRIA, a native of Panique, Tarlac and presently residing at So. Tambisaan, Manocmanoc, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan, and is classified as Most Wanted in Malay, Aklan.
AUSTRIA was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest with CC no. 16074 for Acts of Lasciviousness (RPC Art 336) in relation to sec 5 (B), Art. 3 of RA 7610 issued by court signed by HON BIENVENIDO P BARRIOS JR, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court 6th Judicial Region Branch 3, Kalibo, Aklan with bail bond fixed at Php 200,000.00 dated February 21, 2022.
Earlier this week, Malay PNP also launched two separate operations against wanted person that resulted to the successful arrest of three (3) Wanted Persons at Sitio Tulubhan, Brgy. Manocmanoc, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan.
PLTCOL DE DIOS commends his operatives for the relentless efforts during the extensive manhunt operations bringing the arrested wanted persons to the folds of justice. He also assures the public that they will continue to locate, arrest and put behind bars those who are hiding and are held accountable by law.
