Pili AdheSeal, a dual-purpose sealant and adhesive made from upcycled agricultural waste, was recognized for its innovation, sustainability, and performance. This proud Filipino invention is now featured in Material ConneXionโs physical and digital libraries across the globeโincluding in New York, Milan, Tokyo, and Copenhagenโmaking it accessible to designers, manufacturers, and innovators in over 40 countries.
This international recognition follows Bantugonโs participation as part of the Philippine delegation to CES 2025, supported by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST). The global exposure from CES has helped expand Pili AdheSealโs visibility and opened doors for new market opportunities and collaborations.
Following this success, Engr. Bantugon is also nominated to compete in the European Patent Office (EPO) โTomorrowโs Shape: Young Inventors Prize 2025,โ an international competition that honors outstanding young innovators worldwide.
