PBBM Appoints Akeanon DTI Usec As New Court Of Appeals Asssociate Justice

Banga, Aklan- President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has appointed Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Undersecretary Atty. Allan Battara Gepty as new Court of Appeals Associate Justice.

Gepty from Banga, Aklan also served as Commission Member III of the Philippine Tariff Commission.

Before he was appointed in the DTI, Gepty held the position of deputy director general of the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPPO).

Gepty is an alumnus of Aklan State College of Agriculture in Banga, Aklan – now Aklan State University – and the University of Santo Tomas. He is also a faculty member of Graduate School of Law of San Sebastian College Recoletos.
