
Bantayan, San Jose, Antique – February 4, 2026 — The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Antique and the Social Security System (SSS) Antique formally entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on February 4, 2026, marking a significant step toward strengthening social security coverage for PSA personnel.
The MOA was signed at PSA Antique in Bantayan, San Jose, Antique, led by PSA Antique Chief Statistical Specialist Randy M. Tacogdoy, together with Supervising Statistical Specialist Rodme A. Febreo and Senior Statistical Specialist Jeffrey G. Conlu. Representing SSS Antique was Branch Head Phillip Lucero M. Lucero.
Under the signed agreement, all Job Order (JO) personnel of PSA Antique will be enrolled under the KaSSSangga Collect Program of the Social Security System. The program is designed to ensure that self-employed and non-regular government workers are provided with access to social security protection and benefits.
The implementation of the MOA is targeted to begin in February 2026, reinforcing the commitment of both agencies to promote social protection, financial security, and employee welfare within the government workforce.
