Aside from the Philippines where Patricio is representing, other artists coming from Pakistan, France, Kossovo, India, England, Taiwan, Columbia among others are also participating in the said virtual art. There are 139 artists around the world who are joining the said event.
According to the Luna Galleria, the organizer of the event, it firmly believes that art stimulates connection for it influences a common relation that reaches beyond the realms of conversation.
“Art creates a medium that can communicate between and beyond all languages, wherein humans can share an experience together, and express themselves without feeling threatened of being judged. In art, expressing one’s feelings and emotions as an observer of life is valid. Art is an open safe space for everybody for it does not choose race, opinions, beliefs, age, status, and tradition. Art is for everyone.,” the statement reads.
The virtual art will start March 7 to 31 emphasizing the power of art.
