Search and rescue to the missing child for drowning continues

BANGA, Aklan- The PDRRMO-Aklan said that they are continuing their search and rescue operation now to a missing 15-year-old boy who drowned last week along the Aklan River here.
Jeffrey Jizmundo, the acting head of PDRRMO-Aklan said that the victim Jhoross Flores was with friends taking a bath at the Aklan River in Barangay Polo, New Washington Aklan last January 27.
Jizmundo said that the victim Jhoross Flores was with his friends when he was swept away by the river current. He was not found ever since.
“Right now, 12 of the MDRRMO’s from 17 towns of Aklan including those professional divers from Boracay are helping in the search and rescue operations for a week now. We are not giving up until we find him,.” Jizmundo said.
Kalibo Mayor Juris Sucro said to help in the search, he bought two units of the sea drone. He also personally invited Jay Costura, a famous Filipino psychic Saturday to help look for the missing boy.
Costura said in her card reading at the scene Sunday that the area where the young Flores was missing is enchanted.
“I urged the spirits to return the missing boy,” Costura said.
Costura talked to the parents of Flores at the Aklan River. She used Flores; mother as a medium and the mother in a deep state recalled seeing Jhoros may have kept somewhere near the quarry site.
Sucro placed his sea drone at the nearby quarry but Jhoross could not be found.
“The areas that is being mentioned by Costura in her readings was wide. We are not giving up,” Sucro told the Boracay Island News Network.
