ASU Holds Stakeholders’ Consultation on Proposed VMGO

Banga. Aklan- Aklan State University  conducted a Stakeholders’ Consultation on the proposed Vision, Mission, Goals, and Objectives (VMGO) on May 15, 2025 via Zoom, engaging various members of the academic community and external stakeholders in a collaborative discussion to refine the university’s strategic direction.

The consultation opened with the preliminaries, followed by welcoming remarks from Chief Admin Officer, Mr. Edilberto L. Solidum. President Dr. Jeffrey A. Clarin then delivered a timely and inspiring message underscoring the importance of a clear institutional direction and the role of stakeholders in shaping it.
A key highlight of the program was the presentation of the proposed VMGO by Ms. Junah Belle M. Rosales, Executive Assistant. Her detailed overview invited stakeholders to assess and provide constructive feedback on the draft statements.
Following the presentation, an open forum was held to gather insights, critiques, and recommendations from attendees.
Planning and Development Director, Dr. Michael T. Ibisate concluded the program with the closing remarks.
