Malay MPS Adjudged as Best Municipal Police Station (Class A) in PRO6

Iloilo City – The Malay Municipal Police Station was adjudged as the Best Class A Municipal Police Station in Police Regional Office 6 (PRO6) in recognition of its dedication and exceptional performance in advancing the mission of the Philippine National Police.

The prestigious award was conferred during the Celebration of Philippine National Police Day, held at Camp Martin Teofilo B. Delgado, Fort San Pedro, Iloilo City, with the theme “Serbisyong Nararamdaman, Kapulisan Maasahan.” The recognition was awarded by PBGEN JOSEFINO D LIGAN, Regional Director of Police Regional Office 6.

The award affirms the Malay MPS’ steadfast enforcement of the law, marked by the suppression of criminal activities, preservation of peace and order, and protection of public safety and internal security. These accomplishments were made possible through the unwavering support and active cooperation of the community, MAYOR FROLIBAR S BAUTISTA, local government partners, other uniformed agencies and stakeholders.

Under the leadership of PLTCOL ALAIN TERENCE L LICDAN, Chief of Police, the Malay Municipal Police Station continues to uphold the core values of professionalism, integrity, and service excellence, strengthening public trust and ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents and visitors alike, particularly in the Municipality of Malay and Boracay Island.
