Cabinet secretaries to grace ‘Resbakuna sa Botika’ event in Boracay

BORACAY Island, Malay Aklan- Cabinet secretaries from Malacañang are expected to visit Boracay tomorrow Friday, February 11 to launch the Resbakuna sa Boracay, a program of the Department of Health.

Reports coming from the Department of Tourism indicate that among the personalities being anticipated to visit Boracay were DOT Seretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat; Secretary Vivencio B. Dizon, Deputy Chief Implementer and Testing Czar of the National Task Force (NTF); Secretary Carlito Galvez Jr, Chief Implementer of the NTF; and Undersecretary Anthony Gerard Goznales, Office of the Presidential Assistant- Visayas.

Among their itineraries includes the launching of the Resbakuna sa Botika at Watsons Citymall-Boracay, ceremonial vaccination of booster dose, press conference at Paradise Garden Hotel and meeting with the Boracay stakeholders.

Also being expected to participate in the said events were Aklan Governor Florencio Miraflores and Malay acting Mayor Floribar Bautista. Secretary

Puyat are also being anticipated to announce Friday the readiness of Boracay to accept international tourists.
