DSWD FO VI recognized with Excellent Care Award
Iloilo City- The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office VI (DSWD FO VI) proudly presented the Excellent Care Award during the Flag Ceremony on January 26, 2026.
The recognition was received by Mr. Percival L. Agsam, MAA, during the Awards Night of the five-day Workshop on the Finalization of Audit Adjustments and Preventive Strategies for the Attainment of an Unqualified Audit Opinion.
The award honors the Field Officeโs exemplary performance in consistently, promptly, and diligently complying with audit recommendations.
The Excellent Care Award reflects the collective effort, discipline, and commitment of DSWD FO VI to uphold the highest standards of accountability, transparency and integrity in public service.
It highlights the officeโs proactive approach in addressing audit findings and strengthening internal controls which are key steps toward the shared goal of attaining an Unqualified Audit Opinion.
