
Iloilo City – The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office VI ( DSWD6) held a BBM Serbisyo Orientation for 900 AICS beneficiaries of Villa Arevalo, at Villa Arevalo Gymn, in Iloilo City, recently.
Spearheaded by DSWD6 NHTS Regional Field Coordinator, Mark Louis M. Babiarte, the orientation introduced the BBM Serbisyo Web application to simplify beneficiary verification process and ensure aid reaches the rightful recipients.
BBM Serbisyo (Basta Beripikado, Mabilis ang Serbisyo ) Platform is a web platform designed to accelerate beneficiaries verification process under the DSWD’s Know-Your -Customer (KYC) system.
Babiarte encouraged everyone to use the said platform during the orientation.
“We are encouraging everyone to use the BBM Serbisyo platform, get yourself authenticated for easy access to services,” he said.
Meanwhile, DSWD6 team provided the personalized support, guiding the beneficiaries through website and demonstrating how to access the platform through the QR code convenience.
DSWD6 is set to roll out the same orientation to reach more beneficiaries in the region.
