PSA Inks Partnership with IBP-Aklan

KALIBO, Aklan- The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Aklan and the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) – Aklan Chapter forged a partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on 10 September 2026 at the PSA Aklan Conference Room, Redepermavic Bldg., Estancia, Kalibo, Aklan.

Anchored on the theme: “Forging Partnership, Strengthening Service,” the partnership aims to strengthen collaboration between the two institutions and contribute to the delivery of efficient, quality, and responsive services to the people of Aklan.

The IBP Aklan Chapter was represented by its President, Atty. Jude Mangilog. Also gracing the event were PSA RSSO VI Regional Director Nelida C. Amolar and Atty. Ma. Strella C. Calsagsag-Cantuba.

The event also featured “Moments with the Lawyers,” highlighted by a discussion on Notarial Rules and Data Privacy. Atty. Mangilog and Atty. Beverly Rioja-Tan served as resource speakers during the afternoon session, providing PSA Aklan personnel and Municipal Civil Registrars in Aklan with valuable insights on legal and data privacy matters relevant to the delivery of PSA services.

The partnership marks a significant step toward stronger collaboration, improved service delivery, and more responsive public service for the Akeanon community
