Love Boracay 2026 Leg 5: Pickleball Shines on the Island’s White Sands
BORACAY Island – Where crystal-clear waters meet powdery white sands, a new kind of energy is taking over the island. The highly anticipated Love Boracay 2026 Leg 5 Pickleball Tournament is set to bring together players and enthusiasts from across the country and beyond, turning this tropical paradise into a hub of competition, camaraderie, and fun.
Organized by the Boracay Island Pickleball Club, in partnership with local authorities and sports groups, this leg continues the legacy of one of the island’s most beloved sporting events. Building on the success of previous editions, the 2026 tournament promises bigger participation, more exciting matches, and an unforgettable experience that blends the thrill of the game with the beauty of Boracay.
Normeth Parzhuber, of the World Pickleball Championships-Western Visayas (WPC) said the event will be played at the Barangay Balabag Covered Court on May 1-3, 2026.
A Tournament for All Levels
The event caters to players of every skill, with divisions designed to ensure fair and exciting play for everyone. Categories include:
– Men’s, Women’s, and Mixed Doubles
– Skill levels: Novice, Intermediate, Open, and Executive 50+
– Special Open Gender Novice Doubles category for beginners
While most divisions are open to local and international players, the Intermediate Doubles category remains exclusive to residents of Panay Island, giving homegrown talents a chance to shine on their own turf.
