Malay town garners multiple recognition at the 2025 ATOP awards

Baguio City-Through the leadership of Hon. Frolibar Sacapaño Bautista, Municipal Mayor of Malay, and under the stewardship of the Municipal Tourism Office headed by the Chief Tourism Operations Officer garnering multiple recognitions at the 2025 ATOP Pearl Awards. The. awards include a prestigious recognition of outstanding tourism practices across the country.

‘These multiple recognition affirms to the passion we pour into advancing our municipality, strengthening our local economy, and above all, creating meaningful experiences that enrich both our community and the millions of tourists who visit our shores — Boracay,” said Dr Felix Delos Santos, Malay Tourism chief.

The awards were proudly received by former SB Committee Chair on Tourism Mr. Dalidig Y. Sumdad, Chief Tourism Operations Officer Dr. Felix G. Delos Santos Jr., together with Ms. Nelia A. Gumboc, MTM, Tourism Operations Officer II, and Ms. Khina Marie D. Prado, MTM, Tourism Operations Officer I.

The grand awarding ceremony was held in the City of Baguio, Philippines.
