
Panay Island 252 Applicant of Philippine Navy (M) Reservist undergo training Some of People’s( IP’s) in Panay Island are mostly Ati Tribe and Panay Tribe have recently received training to become Philippine Navy (M) were composed of men and women .
The training given to them base RA 7077 this Program of AFP in a year not only to prepare them in times of War but also for them privillages and maximize their rights as an IP based on the Indigenous Peoples Right Act of 1997 (IPRA)
At malaking tulong na bigyan ng pribiliyo ang ating IPs na nakapasok dito at makatulong ito sa time ng calamity sa bawat community municiplidad,etc. At hindi lang ito na pribiliyo at ang IPs ay isang profisional at Doctorate,license ,pwede maka pag proceed for commission and not profisional na IPs ito magkaroon ng priority sa pag proceed na maging inlisted ayon sa kanilang qualification at malaking respito sa ating mga IPs at walang descrimination .
The IPRA law, officially designated Republic Act No. 8371, is a Philippine law that recognizes and promotes the rights of indigenous cultural communities and indigenous peoples in the Philippines.
Napakaganda ng Programa na biyan pansin Ang Ating mga IPs na makapasok bilang reservist sa Philipine Navy headed by Col Hilario C de Vera Jr PN(M)(GSC),Commander of the Naval Reserve Center-Western Visayas. Puwede pa silang maging regular ayon sa qualification ng isang reservists.
