KALIBO, AKLAN — The 23rd Tsibugan sa Kapitolyo once again brings life and flavor to the Capitol Grounds from April 23 to 28, 2026, as part of the 70th Anniversary celebration of the Province of Aklan. More than a food festival, this year’s Tsibugan stands as a strong business and economic platform supporting local enterprises navigating rising costs, particularly fuel and logistics expenses.

Led by the Provincial Government under Governor Joen Miraflores, the event gathers Aklan’s top food producers, restaurants, and MSMEs in one venue—offering them not only visibility but direct access to consumers during a critical time for local business recovery and growth.

The PCCI Aklan, headed by Ramel Buncalan, reinforces its commitment to strengthening the local business sector by actively supporting initiatives like Tsibugan. By promoting “buy local,” the organization helps ensure that spending stays within the province, sustaining jobs and encouraging reinvestment.
