The said memorandum was supposedly a reminder of an executive order implementing a temporary total ban on the entry and exit of all live domestic birds, and their products including poultry meat, day old chicks, eggs, semen and manure from all regions in the Philippines.
The supposed duration of the memorandum will be from June 23 to July 6 this year.
