Boracay Island- A pair of business partners have been identified as the alleged masterminds behind the killing of vlogger Alicia “Mima Alicia” Lipata, according to Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief PGen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr.

Nartatez said the ongoing investigation indicates that the crime may have stemmed from an alleged P8 million debt and a personal dispute between the victim and the suspects.
