We had two groups of families arriving. The check-in procedures were simple and easy to follow. No complicated tape measures were needed.
Usually, settling payments is a crucial step in every negotiation. How we ask for payments shows what kind of people we are.
Are we givers or takers?
Having been in the service industry with experience in low, moderate, and high standards of operation, I believe problems are opportunities for us to show clients what service is all about.
Sadly, not everyone has the same ethics. Patience, common sense, and initiative are qualities that should not disintegrate.
I really don’t understand the logic of seeking employment and opportunity in the service industry when we are too greedy to give and too selfish to take.
“If you’re not willing to give good service and take cre of customers, why are you even working in this industry?”
