We gather here today in Andagao for a momentous occasion : the ground-breaking ceremony of the new Rural Health Unit 1. It is with great pleasure and excitement to present to you all the collective vision and tireless efforts of countless individuals who have come together to make this day possible.

This ground breaking ceremony signifies the birth of a new chapter of the Rural Health Unit where dreams turn into reality and possibilities know no bounds. We are embarking on a remarkable project that will shape the future of our community specifically the health of our dear Kalibonhons leaving a lasting legacy for generations to come. The Rural Health Unit 1 is expected to cater preventive measures and urgent medical treatment services to Kalibonhons thru medical consultation ,laboratory test and minor treatment that the community needs and deserves .

The path that led us to this moment has been paved with determination perseverance and unwavering commitment. Our shared belief in progress ,innovation and the power of collaboration has guided us through challenges and propelled us forward. The foundation we lay today will support a structure that will not only stand tall physically but also stand as a symbol of unity ,growth and prosperity.
