Kalibonhon named Most Influential Filipino-Americans alongside Olivia Rodrigo, other performers

California, USA—A Kalibonhon native has been named one of the 75 Most Influential Filipino-American (Fil-Am) this year, along with celebrity performers Olivia Rodrigo, Garth Garcia, Olympic Gold Medalist Lee Kiefer, fire dancing queen Rachel Alejandro, and Liza Soberano, among others.

The recognition was dedicated by the multi-awarded blog talk with Mj Ricardo in celebration of his diamond year, meaning a decade of inspiring stories via blogging meets podcasting.

Maria Damiian, who is in the 64th ranking, hails from Barangay Estancia, Kalibo Aklan has something in common with the other personalities in the lists. The majority of them are philanthropists.

Rodrigo, a Grammy award winner, has been named at the top of the list as she was reported to have donated the proceeds of her concert performance in Manila to charities. Like Rodrigo, Damian also helps Fil-Am celebrities shine in the US, especially in Hollywood.
