This is a question from a hiring manager. The HM was ranting how lazy, unsatisfactorily performing, and pointed unnecessary behaviour of an employee.
Take note, HM is also talking to an employee.

Wala akong naging sagot. It is not because I have nothing to say or that I just want to keep quiet. In the back of my mind, I am thoroughly looking at the situation.
HM has a point because of many mistakes an employee committed (consciously and unconsciously), which cost the company to spend rather than generating profits.
On the other hand, I am trying to understand the point of view of an employee. Being productive at work depends on our mental capacity, motor skills, and character to play the role at hand.
If I were the manager of my life and had to choose between to stay or leave a company, I will choose the decision that benefits both of us.
Mas gusto ko ang win-win situation.
