Lachica-Sucro statistically tied in a survey
KALIBO, Aklan- Both re-electionist mayor ERmerson Lachica and his opponent Provincial Board member Juris Bautista-Sucro stated tare statisically tied in a survey conducted by an Ilongo surveying firm.
In a copy of the assessment made by the Random Access Consultants Inc (RACI) it stated that both Lachica and Sucro are statistically tied amidst their 8.3 percent margin of sampling error.
This shows that five out of ten voters will prefer either Lachica or Sucro.
However, in the Vice Mayor’s possible election results incumbent Vice Mayor Cynthia Dela Cruz leads against her opponent Greg Malapad in the same survey.
The RACI said that eight in ten likely voters would prefer Dela Cruz compared to Malapad who is preferred by two out of ten voters.
The RACI also mentioned in their reports the top eight possible winners in the Sangguniang Bayan race.
They were: William Lachica Jr as the top possible runaway winner followed by incumbent Phillip Yerro-Kimpo; Lilia Tirol; Buen Joy Villanueva and Ketchie Luces.
Also were former mayor Raymar Rebaldo; Atty Christine Dela Cruz and Matt Guzman. The said survey was released last March.
The RACI is expected to release a new survey result before the May 9, 2022 election comes.
