Boracay Island –
A total of 49 police officers have completed the Tourist-Oriented Police for Community Order and Protection (TOPCOP) Training held on August 15–18, 2025 at Hue Hotels and Resorts, Boracay Island.
The training, conducted by DOT VI, in partnership with PRO6 and the Municipality of Malay, aims to equip police officers with the skills, competence, and the right attitude to serve as tourist police, ensuring safer communities and safer destinations for both local and international visitors.
The event concluded with the awarding of certificates and the official TOPCOP badge pinning.
