AAADFTC Participates in FY 2026 VECHSA Planning Workshop

iloilo City- The Aklan Agri-Aqua Demonstration Farm and Training Center (AAADFTC) under the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPA) proudly took part in the FY 2026 Consultation and Planning Workshop for the Value Chain Enhancement of High Value Crops through Smart Agriculture (VEHCSA) project in Western Visayas, held at Eon Centennial Hotel Resort and Waterpark, Alta Tierra Village, Jaro, Iloilo City from May 26-28, 2026.

The workshop was organized by the Department of Agriculture- Western Visayas in partnership with the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), bringing together stakeholders, benefeciaries, and implementers of the Smart Agriculture Initiative to collaboratively cracft and develop operational plan for VEHCSA, strengthening the value chain of high value crops and supporting farmers across Western Visayas.

Represented by Engr. Alexys T. Apolonio (Provincial Agriculturist), Mr. Emmanuel Soviet Russia A. Dela Cruz (AAADFTC Executive Director), Engr. Ma. Andrea M. Placer (Engineer II), and staffs Ms. Kris Ann Merin, Ms. Ana May O. Edios, Mr. Rolyn N. Teñoso.
